Sturgis Rally 2008 Reservation Policy

Full Hook-up Sites

  1. In order to keep the same site you had in 2007, you must make your reservation by August 24, 2007.
  2. You may make other reservations from August 2007 through October 1, 2007 and again May 15, 2008 through August 2008.
  3. At the time you make the reservation, you must pay half of the total amount of the 2008 stay.
  4. The remaining amount must be paid in full by June 30, 2008.  If said site is not paid in full by June 30, 2008, you forfeit the site and no refund will be given.
  5. Only one (1) site per name.  Each site must have the full name, address, phone number, etc. of the person paying for the site.
  6. All patrons must check in at the campground office BEFORE going to your site. 
  7. Please inform the campground office of any additional campers staying at your site and pay for them in a timely manner.

Primitive Sites

  1. You may make reservations for a primitive site from August 2007 through October 1, 2007 and again from May 15, 2008 through July 31, 2008 as space allows. 
  2. Upon making your reservation, you must pay half of the total amount of the 2008 reservation. 
  3. The remaining amount must be paid in full by June 30, 2008.  If said site is not paid in full by June 30, 2008, you forfeit the site and no refund will be given.
  4. Only one (1) site per name.  Each site must have the full name, address, phone number, etc. of the person paying for the site. 
  5. All patrons must check in and pay at the campground office BEFORE selecting a site.
  6. Please inform the campground office of any additional campers staying at your site and pay for them in a timely manner.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your reservation by calling the campground office from May 15, 2008 through June 1, 2008 and receive a full refund.
  • All reservations are final and non-refundable for any reason after June 1, 2008.

 (No refunds will be given after June 1, 2008.) 

***The Spearfish City Campground reserves the right to change the reservation procedures as necessary.***
