Reservation Policy

Full Hook-up Sites

  1. In order to keep the same site you had in 2009, you must make your reservation by August 24, 2009.
  2. At the time you make your reservation, you must pay a deposit of half of the total amount of the stay.
  3. The remaining amount must be paid in full by June 30, 2010.  If said site is not paid in full by June 30, 2010, you will forfeit the site and NO refund will be given, no exceptions.
  4. Only one (1) site per name.  Each site must have the full name, address, phone number, etc. of the person staying and paying for the site.
  5. The person whose name is on the site must be staying at the site in which they have made the reservation and paid for.  We are unable allow someone else to stay at your site without you staying as well. 
  6. Please inform the campground office of any additional campers staying at your site and pay for them promptly.
  7. All patrons must check in at the campground office BEFORE going to your site.  Even if you know where you are going, we must check you in before you settle in to your site. 
  8. If you would like to change sites, you may request to be moved to a different site for the following year.  If a site is unclaimed or let go of, we will try to move you to the requested available site.  To ensure that you have a site in 2009, we ask that you make a reservation for your current site for the time being until you can be moved. 
  9. The campground reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to change the reservation procedures at any time.   Campground rules and policies are strictly enforced to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. 

2010 Hook-up Site Rates
$27.00 per person per night (tax included) (minimum of 2 people)

** The campground does not accept check as a form of payment.  Please pay with Cash, Money Order, or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).**

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your reservation by calling the campground office from May 15, 2010 through June 1, 2010 and receive a full refund.
  • Any reservation cancelled between June 1, 2010 & July 1, 2010 will receive a partial refund. 
  • Any reservations cancelled after July 1, 2010 will receive NO refund – no exceptions. 
  • Any reservation made after July 1, 2010 is final and non-refundable.

Primitive (Tent) Sites

  1. You may make reservations for a primitive site from July 31, 2009 through October 1, 2009 and then again from May 15, 2010 through July 31, 2010 as space allows.
  2. Upon making your reservation, you must pay a deposit of half of the total amount of the 2010 reservation.
  3. The remaining amount must be paid in full by June 30, 2010.  (Any reservation made after June 30th will need to be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.)
  4. If said site is not paid in full by June 30, 2010, you forfeit the site and NO refund will be given. 
  5. Only one site per name.  Each site must have the full name, address, phone number, etc. of the person paying for and staying at the site.
  6. By making a reservation for a primitive site, we do not guarantee a specific site for you but simply that there will be space available for you.  All primitive sites are on a first come, first served basis.
  7. Large RV’s staying in the primitive camping area will be placed in a designated area to allow room for other smaller units throughout the campground. 
  8. All campers wishing to stay additional nights or pay on a day to day basis must pay at the office by 12:00 noon.  Sites not paid for by 12:00 noon, may be subject to removal from the campground and all belongings confiscated by office staff or the police department until payment is acquired. 
  9. All tents must be clearly marked with the appropriate tent tag in a place on your tent that can easily be seen by campground staff.  We ask that you remove all other tent tags from your tent so that only the current tag is displayed. 
  10. All patrons must check in and pay at the campground office BEFORE selecting a site.
  11. Please inform the campground office of any additional campers staying at your site and pay for them promptly.

$19.00 per person per night (tax included)
