Reservation Policy

2010
Full Hook-Up Sites

1. Reservations may be made for 2010 on your same site starting July 17, 2009.
2. If you are in a hook-up site this year, you have the rights to that same site for 2010.
3. If you would like to change sites, you may request to be moved to a different site.  If a site is unclaimed or let go of, we will move you to the requested available site.  To ensure that you have a site in 2010, we ask that you make a reservation for your current site for the time being until you can be moved.
4. You must make your 2010 reservations by September 11, 2009 in order to keep your site.  After this time any unclaimed sites will be released and available for anyone to reserve.
5. At the time you make your reservation, we ask that you pay a one night deposit to guarantee your site.  ($32.55)
6. The remaining amount of your stay will be due by July 10, 2010.
7. Cancellations:  You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund if done so prior to July 1, 2010.  Any reservations cancelled between July 1 and July 10 will receive only a partial refund.  Any reservation cancelled after July 10th will receive NO REFUND – No Exceptions. 
8. Late Check-outs:  Vendors, if you will not be checking out until after 1:00 p.m. on Sunday because of the Festival, you may pay a half day charge of $10.00 and you must be checked out by 6:00 p.m.  Please make arrangements for this with the office staff prior to check in.
Please check in at the campground office before going to your site to pick up your parking pass.

The Campground Office is closed during the off season from October through April but will re-open again in early May.
